Improve power supply reliability
Growing energy demand coupled with natural disasters and intermittent renewables continues to challenge grid operations across the globe and decrease utility reliability.
Onsite power generation solutions based on Jenbacher gas engines have high reliability and availability levels. Such power plants can efficiently work in “island mode” providing power to the facility when the grid is down. Reduce emissions

Fast access to power
Onsite power generation is especially important if your company needs quick access to energy.
Third-party energy suppliers, like Utility companies, may not be able to provide additional power capacity. If they do, obtaining access to energy can mean serious infrastructure investments, or may take a significant amount of time.
On the other hand, Jenbacher gas engine power plants can be commissioned in eight to 16 months (time to Commercial Operation Date). Time to COD may be even shorter if units are in stock.

As a result, your behind-the-meter power plant may be constructed using the 3rd party partner´s funds and resources, and your company will benefit from lowered energy tariffs.
